Robinsons Department Store 12.12 Petsa de Panalo:

 1. The promo is open to all customers of Robinsons Department Store customers.

 2. Promo runs from December 11 to 12, 2021. Redemption is good until sixty (60) days from end of promo period – from December 11, 2021 until February 10, 2022.

 3. Promo is available in all Robinsons Department Store branches.

 4. To qualify, customer to purchase a minimum single receipt of P5,000 from December 11-12, 2021 only.

5. A qualified customer will receive:

• One (1) P200 worth of Robinsons Gift Certificate at participating branches of Robinsons Department Store.
• Original receipt from Robinsons Department Store (with minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱5,000).

4. To redeem the P200 Robinsons Gift Certificate, customer must present the following at Robinsons Department Store Customer Service/Business Center Area:

•       Original receipt from Robinsons Department Store (with minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱5,000).

           -  Official Receipt must be original and not photocopied

   -  Transaction date must be within the promo period – December 11-12, 2021. 

*   Robinsons Department Store shall not replace lost or stolen official receipts

7.  Customer may redeem the P200 Robinsons Department Store Gift Certificate at the Robinsons Department Store branch where the transaction was made.

8.  Customer cannot exchange the P200 Gift Certificate once availed. The free Robinsons Gift certificate worth P200 cannot be exchanged for cash, another product, or a discount, rewards points and cannot be availed of in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of Robinsons Department Store

9. Employees of Robinsons Department Store and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

10.  In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of Robinsons Department Store with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves Robinsons Department Store and its performance and/or delivery of services and/or products to customers, subject to the Promo Mechanics stated above, the decision of Robinsons Department Store with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. 

12.12 Points Fest Mechanics:

1. Who can join the promo?

• Promo is open to all Robinsons Department Store customers (Instore and GoRobinsons) and who are Go Rewards (card and mobile app) member.
• Employees of Robinsons Department Store and Go Rewards, (hereinafter described as the “organizers of the promotions”), affiliate companies and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining. Promo will run in all branches of Robinsons Department Store.
• By joining and participating in 12.12 Points Fest promotion participants confirm, agree to and acknowledge that: (1) He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions; (2) Robinsons Department Store / Go Rewards shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and that all information supplied by him/her will be used by Robinsons Department Store and Go Rewards in accordance with its privacy policy; (3) Promotion Period is from December 10 to December 25, 2021.

2. How to Join?

• Open to all Go Rewards members.
• Customer must have a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php3,000.00 at Robinsons Department Store, A customer is entitled to one (1) e-raffle entry for a minimum single-receipt Php3,000.00 spend and will get a chance to be 1 of the 12 lucky winners of 12,000 Go Rewards points during the promo period.
• The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotions.

3. Determination of winners / prizes:

• This promo will have a total of twelve (12) winners. Twelve (12) winners will be drawn on January 5, 2022 – each will receive 12,000 Go Reward points from Robinsons Department Store.
• Robinsons Department Store and Go Rewards in the presence of DTI representative will determine the winner/s on the above specified date at 2pm via video call.
• Winners will be determined randomly through electronic raffle system.

4. Notifying the winners

• The winning customer will be notified through phone call and his/her name will be posted on the digital assets of Robinsons Department Store and Go Rewards, not limited to Viber and Facebook. They will be notified through their provided e-mail addresses, registered mail, and Facebook accounts for more information on how to claim the prize.

5. Claiming of prizes

• To claim their prize/s, winners must send these details to RDS’ official email address (info@rds.com.ph): (1) Photocopy of a valid ID with photo (e.g. Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID, Company ID, Student ID, etc). (2) Screenshot of Robinsons Department Store congratulatory Facebook message, Facebook post, and registered notification letter.
• Winners may only win once.
• The prizes are not convertible to cash or any other items and not transferable except at the sole discretion of the Winners.
• All items to be redeemed under this promotion shall be given tax-free.
• Prizes exceeding Php10,000.00 are subject to 20% tax which will be shouldered by the winner Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification will be forfeited with prior approval of DTI, Robinsons Department Store and Go Rewards.
