Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo is open to all customers of Robinsons Department Store and to all existing and new Go Rewards members (Formerly known as Robinsons Rewards, card and mobile app members) for the x2 points Go Rewards promotion.
2. Promo runs from September 9-12, 2021. Redemption duration is from September 9 until November 8, 2021.
3. Promo is available in all Robinsons Department Store branches.
4. A qualified customer will receive:

• One (1) P300 worth of Robinsons Gift Certificate at participating branches of Robinsons Department Store for a minimum single receipt of P3,000 within 11:00 am until 2:00 PM only from September 9-12, 2021.
• For Go Rewards Members, get x2 Go Rewards points with your purchase for a minimum P3,000 spend from September 9-12, 2021.

5. To redeem the P300 Robinsons Gift Certificate, customer must present the following at Robinsons Department Store Customer Service/ Business Center Area:

• Original receipt from Robinsons Department Store (with minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱3,000).

- Official Receipt must be original and not photocopied.

- Transaction date must be within the promo period - within 11:00 am until 2:00 PM only from September 9-12, 2021. 

- Unreadable, photocopied and/or duplicate official receipts would not be acceptable for redemption. 

• Official receipt’s CLAIM stub that is printed at the end of a qualified receipt (CLAIM stub will be printed separately).
• CLAIM stub/ receipt to include the transaction number
• Robinsons Department Store shall not replace lost or stolen official receipts.

6.  Customer may redeem the P300 Robinsons Department Store Gift Certificate only at the Robinsons Department Store branch where the transaction was made.

7. Customer cannot exchange the P300 GC freebie once availed. The free Robinsons Gift certificate worth P300 cannot be exchanged for cash, another product, or a discount, rewards points and cannot be availed of in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of Robinsons Department Store.

8.  Employees of Robinsons Department Store and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

9. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of Robinsons Department Store with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves Robinsons Department Store and its performance and/or delivery of services and/or products to customers, subject to the Promo Mechanics stated above, the decision of Robinsons Department Store with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
