PROMO MECHANICS:

1. Customer must purchase a minimum single-receipt of P3,000 at Robinsons Department Store via in-store or Call to Order transactions from July 2 to August 31, 2022.
2. Purchase of mobile phone cards, Bills Payment Products, and other products at the Business Center are not qualified for this promotion. 
3. Raffle draw is on September 9, 2022, Friday.
4. To qualify for the raffle, customers must register at bit.ly/RDSBTSERAFFLEPROMO
5. Participants must fill out the necessary details and upload a scanned copy of the sales invoice / official receipt of their purchase for validation. Only valid and successful registrations will be qualified for the raffle draw:
   1. E-mail Address
   2. Customer’s Full Name
   3. Complete Address
   4. Mobile Number
   5. Date of Purchase
   6. Robinsons Department Store branch where purchase was made
   7. Trans ID: (found on your Official Receipt)
6. All qualified entries during the promo duration will be drawn on September 9, 2022 at Robinsons Department Store Office Building 3, Libis, Bagumbayan Quezon City under the supervision of the assigned representative by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
7. A total of 15 winners will win from the raffle promo:
   1. 5 Winners of Apple iPad 9^th Gen 64GB Wifi + Cellular
   2. 5 Winners of HP NB 15S-EQ2158AU R5 Laptop
   3. 5 Winners of P50,000 worth of Robinsons Gift Certificates
8. All winners can only win once. Prize with higher value will be awarded if a winner is drawn more than once.
9. The winning customer will be notified by registered mail and e-mail address. Robinsons Department Store reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.
10. To claim the prize, the winner must present the winning receipt and at least 2 government issued IDs (i.e., Driver’s License, Passport, SSS, TIN, Voter’s ID etc.) to the designated store representative of Robinsons Department Store branch of purchase indicated on the winning receipt from Monday – Friday only (business hours).

Should the prize be claimed thru an authorized representative, the representative must bring the following when claiming the prize:

1. Winning Receipt
2. Authorization Letter with the winner’s signature
3. Photocopy of at least 2 valid government-issued IDs of the representative and
4. Photocopy of at least 2 valid government-issued IDs of the winner
5. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, rewards points or products other than the prizes indicated above.
6. All winners will only have sixty (60) calendar days to redeem their prize upon receipt of the registered mail. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Department Store with prior approval from DTI. Robinsons Department Store shall not be liable if the winners did not receive the registered mail due to outdated personal information.
7. Robinsons Department Store shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
8. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of generating multiple receipts shall not be allowed. A split transaction is defined as multiple transactions made with the same customer on the same day.
9. In case of loss of official receipt, it will not be replaced or reissued. Robinsons Department Store cannot be held liable for official receipts that were lost, mutilated or defaced and such damage that prevents the representative from identifying the security and authenticity features thereof.
10. Employees of Robinsons Department Store, its concessionaires/vendors, accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion. 
11. Promo is available in all Robinsons Department Store branches nationwide.
