Promo Mechanics

1. This raffle promo is exclusive to all Robinsons Department Store Go Rewards members/card holders nationwide.

2. To qualify for the promo, customer must purchase a minimum single-receipt of P3,500 at all Robinsons Department Store branches via in-store, Go Cart, or Call To Order from October 15 to December 31, 2022. Purchase of mobile phone cards, bills payment, and other products at the Business Center are not qualified for this promotion. Every single receipt purchase entitles the customer to one (1) e-raffle entry.

3. Go Rewards members must present their Go Rewards card or app when they purchase in-store or input their Go Rewards details for Go Cart and Call To Order purchases.

4. All qualified entries will be electronically drawn at Robinsons Department Store Office Building 3, Libis, Bagumbayan, Quezon City in the presence of a DTI representative. 

5. A total of 10 winners will win in this e-raffle promo. Schedule of raffle draw and prizes is as follows: 

Promo Run: October 15 – November 15, 2022  | 1st Draw: November 29, 2022                                    5 winners of P10,000 worth of Robinsons GCs 

Promo Run: November 16 – December 31, 2022 | 2nd Draw: January 13, 2023                    5 winners of Samsung Watch 5 Pro 45MM* worth P26,990

6. Winners will be announced in Robinsons Department Stores official social media accounts and  winners will receive a notification through registered mail, email, and SMS 15 days after each raffle draw.

7. Deadline for raffle entries is on December 31, 2022.

8. Raffle entries earned for each promo run are cumulative only for the duration of the respective draw. Each entry can only win once in this promo and shall not be eligible to participate in the subsequent raffle draws. Raffle entries for a particular promo run which did not win will not be carried over to the succeeding draws.

9. Robinsons Department Store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any raffle entry that does not comply with any of the instructions above, even after the entry has already been submitted. By entering this raffle contest, the customer agrees that any submitted data including but not limited to names, photos and other information may be used by Robinsons Department Store in any platform or manner as they deem appropriate.

10. The prizes will be sent to the winner's preferred Robinsons Department Store branch not later than 30 days from being notified, provided the requested information has been given to Robinsons Department Store. Redemption of prizes is available up to 60 days from receipt of email or other notifications from Robinsons Department Store. Otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Department Store, with prior DTI approval.

11. Winners may claim the prizes at their preferred branch from Monday to Friday during Business Hours. Please submit the following documents to our store representatives when claiming your prizes. Winners must still present original copies of the documents and IDs request as an additional security control measure:

–      Photocopy of winning receipt

–      Photocopy of at least 2 government-issued IDs of the winner (e.g. Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID)

–      Print out of the attached Robinsons Department Store’s Congratulatory photo and signed notification letter.

                Prize may be claimed by an authorized representative with these additional requirements:

–      Authorization letter with the winner's signature

–      Photocopy of at least 2 valid government-issued IDs of the representative

12. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, rewards points, or products other than the prizes indicated above.

13. Robinsons Department Store shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00

14. Splitting of a single receipt transaction for the purpose of generating multiple receipts shall not be allowed. A split transaction is defined as multiple transactions made with the same customer on the same day.

15. In case of loss of official receipt, replacement or reissuing of receipt will not be allowed. Robinsons Department Store will not be held liable for official receipts that were lost, mutilated or defaced and such damage that prevents the representative from identifying the security and authenticity features thereof.

16. Employees of Robinsons Department Store, its concessionaires, vendors, accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
