Promo Mechanics: 

OFFER: Get a chance to be 1 of 10 lucky winners of 2 roundtrip tickets to a domestic or international destination plus a shopping spree worth P20,000. 

 
1. This e-raffle promo is exclusive to all Robinsons Department Store Go Rewards members/cardholders.  

2. To qualify for the e-raffle promo, customers must purchase a minimum single-receipt of P3,500 at all Robinsons Department Store branches via in-store, GoCart, or Call To Order transactions from November 15 to December 31, 2023. Purchase of mobile phone cards, bills payment, and other products at the Business Center are not qualified for this promotion.  

3. Go Rewards members must present their Go Rewards card or app when they purchase in-store.  

4. All qualified entries will be electronically drawn at Robinsons Department Store Head Office Building 3, Libis, Bagumbayan, Quezon City in the presence of a DTI representative via MS Teams. 

5. A total of 35 winners will be drawn on January 10, 2024, with the following breakdown:  

a. 3 winners of 2 international roundtrip tickets To/From: Brunei, Da Nang, Hanoi, Jakarta, Macau, Melbourne*, Saigon, Singapore, Sydney*, or Taipei plus Robinsons Department Store Gift Certificates worth P20,000 each. 

b. 7 winners of 2 domestic roundtrip tickets To/From: Bacolod, Bohol, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Clark, Davao, Iloilo, Kalibo, Laoag, Tacloban, or Zamboanga plus Robinsons Department Store Gift Certificates worth P20,000 each. 

*All taxes and fees including the PH tax for international flights (excluding long haul- SYD and MEL), are included in the roundtrip ticket prizes. 

c. 25 winners of 5,000 Go Rewards points  

6. Deadline for e-raffle entries is on December 31, 2023, 11:59pm.  

7. Winners will be announced on Robinsons Department Store’s official social media accounts and will receive a notification through snail mail, e-mail, and SMS on or before January 31, 2024. 

8. Winners can only win once. If a winner’s name was drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize with higher value.  

9. Only Go Rewards members who have completely registered their name, mailing address, contact number, and e-mail address with Go Rewards are entitled to win the promo. Go Rewards members may check if their details are available and provide missing details though the Member Profile Tab of the Go Rewards mobile app at any time prior to the date of the determination of winners. 

10. Winners of the international roundtrip tickets must be a valid Philippine passport holder. Otherwise, they are required to secure a Philippine passport at their own expense in time for their travel date. Tickets are non-transferrable once ticketed out in case the winner or flight recipient failed to secure a Philippine passport on time. 

11. The promo prize, flight e-tickets, are transferrable for as long as they haven’t been ticketed out yet, but cannot be replaced with cash, credit, or other goods or services, rewards or products other than the offer indicated in this promo and cannot be availed of in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of Robinsons Department Store.  

12. The promo prize, flight e-tickets, includes a check-in baggage allowance of 20kg and a 7kg carry-on baggage per passenger per way. 

13. The promo prize of Robinsons Department Store Gift Certificates worth P20,000 will be sent to the Robinsons Department Store branch where the winning transaction was made not later than 30 days from being notified, provided the requested information has been given to Robinsons Department Store. Redemption of prizes is available up to 60 days from receipt of email or other notifications from Robinsons Department Store. 

14. The promo prize of Go Rewards points will be credited to the member’s account 30 days after verification of winners. 

15. The promo prize of Go Rewards points are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products. 

16. Robinsons Department Store with concurrence of DTI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any e-raffle entry that does not comply with any of the instructions above, even after the entry has already been submitted. By entering this e-raffle contest, the customer agrees that any submitted data including but not limited to names, photos and other information may be used by Robinsons Department Store in any platform or manner they deem appropriate.     

17. Splitting of a single-receipt transaction for the purpose of generating multiple discounts shall not be allowed. A split transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive more than one reward. 

18. Robinsons Department Store shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00    

19. Employees of Robinsons Department Store, its concessionaires, vendors, accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.     

Claiming of Flight Tickets Prize:  

 1. Winners must submit the following details to the Robinsons Department Store representative who will reach out to them to claim their prizes on or before April 30, 2024. Winners must still present clear scanned copies of the documents and IDs request as an additional security control measure. 

a. Full Name (as it appears on their valid ID) 

b. Birthdate 

c. Chosen Destination and Preferred Date of Travel (until September 30, 2024 only) 

d. Contact Number 

e. E-mail Address (e-tickets, flight confirmations and other necessary communication will be sent here) 

f. Scanned copy of at least 2 government-issued IDs of the winner (e.g. Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID)   

2. Prizes in the form of e-tickets will be sent to the winners' provided e-mail addresses on or before April 30, 2024. 

3. Travel dates should be between March 1 until September 30, 2024, only, and is/are subject to flight availability, embargo period and excluding declared holidays. Failure to utilize the flight tickets within the said period will mean forfeiture of the prizes.  

4. Winners of the international roundtrip tickets must be a valid Philippine passport holder. Otherwise, they are required to secure a Philippine passport at their own expense in time for their booked departure date. Failure to utilize the flights will mean forfeiture of the prizes.  

5. Based on the winner’s preferences, Robinsons Department Store and Cebu Pacific shall exercise their discretion to book the winner’s roundtrip flight, subject to flight availability, and the prevailing conditions at the time of booking.  

6. The winner understands and agrees that Robinsons Department Store and Cebu Pacific may not be able to book flights exactly in accordance with the winner’s preferences and/or instructions but it shall, to the extent practicable, endeavor to do so.  

7. Robinsons Department Store and Cebu Pacific reserves the right to refuse redemptions made by winners if the details provided by the winner/s are incomplete, vague, or invalid.  

8. Flights of the winners will be booked by a Robinsons Department Store and Cebu Pacific representative. Booking period is from February 1 until April 30, 2024; with a travel period of until September 30, 2024. Otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Department Store, with prior DTI approval.  

9. Each roundtrip ticket comes with a 20kg check-in baggage allowance and a 7kg carry-on baggage per passenger per way. 

10. All taxes and fees including the PH tax for international flights (excluding long haul- SYDNEY and MELBOURNE), are included in the roundtrip ticket prizes. 

11. Winners will be awarded their corresponding prizes up to 60 working days after winners are verified, validated, and notified.   

12. Winners must have or create a valid Cebu Pacific account.  

13. On the use of the Cebu Pacific roundtrip flight, program policies and terms and conditions apply.  

14. Promo does not include hotel booking and/or accommodation or other in-flight add-ons.
