FULL PROMO MECHANICS

1. Who can join the promo? 

• This raffle promotion is open to all Robinsons Department Store customers.

• The promo period will run from February 15 – March 15, 2024

• By joining and participating in the Jet, Set Go Travel Fair Raffle Promo, customer confirms, agrees to and acknowledges that he or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions.

2. How to join the promo?

• A customer is entitled to one (1) raffle coupon for every P3,500 single receipt purchase or two (2) raffle coupon for every P5,000 single receipt purchase from the Shoes, Bags, Luggage and Athletics Department at any Robinsons Department Store branch.

• Qualified transaction will earn a raffle coupon entry that will be printed at the end of the official receipt, for a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes:

○ One (1) Trip to Singapore for 2 persons

○ Two (2) Trip to El Nido for 2 persons

○ Five (5) Robinsons Department Store Gift Certificate worth P5,000 each.

* All prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.

• International Trip Inclusions

○ Roundtrip Airfare via Cebu Pacific (Economy)

○ 3 Nights Hotel Accommodation at Hotel Chanchellor

• Domestic Trip Inclusions

○ Roundtrip Airfare via Cebu Pacific (Economy)

○ 3 Nights Hotel Accommodation at Milan Grace Inn

• The customer must completely fill out the raffle coupon with his/her complete name, address, landline or mobile number, email address and affix signature.

3. Determination of winners/prizes: 

• Drop entries at the designated drop boxes on or before end of store hours on March 15, 2024

• After the deadline of submission of entries, sealed entries will be brought to Robinsons Department Store Head Office located at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Libis, Quezon City for safekeeping under custody of Robinsons Department Store Marketing Department

• DTI Representative will be invited to witness the opening of drop boxes and drawing of winners. 

4. GRAND DRAW

• Total of (8) eight winners will be drawn on March 27, 2024, at 3:00 pm at Robinsons Department Store Marketing Head Office located at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Libis, Quezon City with the presence of a DTI representative. Winners may win only once. 

5. Notifying and awarding of winners: 

• Winners will be notified via registered mail, email and SMS (choose any, but mandatory to send registered mail if prize is P500 if applicable), and their names will be posted on the Facebook page of Robinsons Department Store  

• Winners will be announced through in-store posters and on the Facebook page of Robinsons Department Store Page (https://www.facebook.com/robinsonsdepartmentstore/)

• Awarding of Winners will be on April 12, 2024, 3PM at Robinsons Department Store Galleria with Avian Summit Travel Corporation

6. Claiming of Prizes: 

• The winners must submit the following: 

○ Present registered mail sent by Robinsons Department Store

○ Two (2) valid identification cards (SSS. driver’s license, passport, student or company ID) 

○ If the winner is unable to claim the prize him/herself, a representative must present the necessary documents:

■ Letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the parent/ legal guardian, or representative as the acknowledged recipient to claim his/her prize on their behalf.

■ Original or Photocopy of a valid government issued ID with photo (SSS. driver’s license, passport, student or company ID) of the representative.

■ Original or Photocopy of a valid government issued ID with (SSS. driver’s license, passport, student or company ID) of the winner. 

■ Present registered mail sent by Robinsons Department Store

○ Minors (below 18 years old) should be accompanied by a parent or a guardian who must likewise present a valid ID and registered mail.

○ Winners may claim their prizes at Robinsons Department Store branches. Winner may select their branch of preference within the Luzon Visayas or Mindanao regions upon coordinating with Robinsons Department Store Marketing until sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Failure to claim within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification will deem the prize forfeited with prior approval of DTI and Robinsons Department Store.

7. Other Conditions: 

• Robinsons Department Store shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.

• The prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, payments to third parties, ground transportation or any other costs not specifically stated. Processing the necessary documents and/or visa applications shall be the winner's responsibility.

• All other fees such as, but not limited to, terminal fees, excess baggage, sea and land transfers, will be for the winner's personal account.

• The prize must be taken as stated, and no compensation will be payable if the winner cannot use it as stated. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements, including name changes, once tickets are issued. 

• The winners will endorse to Avian Summit Travel Corporation for the booking details of the winners.

• Travel validity is up to six (6) months (International) and 1 year for (domestic) from April 12, 2024 date of official awarding to winners. 

• No extensions will be given. Any unused portions of the prize will be forfeited. 

• The promo organizer's decision about the Promo Mechanics, winners and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.

• Employees of Robinsons Department Store and its affiliates, suppliers, concessionaires, third party agents and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
